Our products are made-to-order and take up to 4 weeks to manufacture.

After production, we work with specialized carriers who take a maximum of one week to deliver the order.

You can expect your order to be delivered within 5 weeks from the time of purchase.

Yes, we provide a detailed receipt of your order that includes all the relevant information such as the product description, price, shipping details, and payment method.

I have placed my order, what happens now?

After placing your order, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your order.

We will then forward your order to our factory, which takes up to 4 weeks to build the items.

Once your order is ready, we will ship it to our specialized carriers who will take a maximum of one week to deliver it to you.

We will provide you with tracking information so you can follow the delivery progress.

Are there any periods when your company is closed?

Yes, our company is closed for four weeks during the month of August. and two weeks around Christmas.

How will you handle orders during these closures?

Despite the closures, we assure you that we will do our best to fulfill your orders in the shortest time possible, once we resume operations.

You can still place orders on our website as usual, just be aware that there may be a delay in processing and shipping your order.

We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during these closure periods.
