Easy returns

You may return any of our products if there are any issues or if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase.

If the product is damaged during delivery or if it doesn't match what you ordered, it's essential to get in touch with us via our contact form or Whatsapp before requesting a return.
In case of damage, it helps to include as many photos as possible to show the issue.
If the damage is visible when the product is delivered, please report it to the courier right away and reach out to our customer service without delay.

Should there be any delivery issues or delays, don't hesitate to contact our customer service: we will provide guidance to swiftly resolve the problem.

On the other hand, if you are simply not happy with your purchase, we can offer you an exchange for the same product, a voucher for the purchase amount, or a refund.
Please note that shipping costs incurred by us for the product are not included in the refund.

We will not be able to accept returns for used items unless they are found to be faulty, in which case our warranty policy will determine the next steps.

Remember, you need to request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, send an email to italianproduction@legalmail.it within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.

Your email should include:

- A request for a return
- A list of item codes for the products you want to return
- A copy of the original invoice indicating the order number, customer details, and invoice number
- Bank account details for the refund

You will also need to send the products back within 10 days of receiving them, otherwise, we won't be able to proceed with the refund.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as well as ensuring the product is in good condition from the moment of delivery.
It's a good idea to insure all returns against potential courier damage and package the items correctly using the original packaging to prevent any damage.

Please keep in mind that if products are further damaged during the return process, a refund won't be possible.
